Return / Exchange Policy

We hope you love your Arue pieces. If for any reason you would like to return an item, you may do so within 30 days of delivery by following the process below.

To initiate a return, please complete our Return Request Form. This allows our Customer Care team to review your request and respond within 1–2 business days with a Return Authorization (RA) email. This email will include the necessary instructions to complete your return.

Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in the original packaging. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined and returned to the customer.

Once your return shipment reaches us, please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be inspected and processed. If approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method and you will receive a Refund Confirmation email. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable. At this time, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or sent in error.

Refunds will always be processed to the original form of payment. We currently accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. If you have received a refund confirmation but do not yet see the funds, we recommend contacting your bank first.
