Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We begin processing orders shortly after they are placed. If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible at support@aruestudio.com, and we will do our best to assist. Once an order has shipped, changes are no longer possible.

Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. You will receive a confirmation email shortly after placing your order, followed by a shipping confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking details via email.

Do you offer express shipping?

Returns

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To begin a return, please complete our Return Request Form. Once your request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization email with further instructions.

Are returns free?
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or sent in error.

When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed up to 10 business days and issued to the original payment method.
